“My daughters, Erin and Nikki, are my inspiration for writing Dummy Diaries. They are both a monitor like Nikki Maxwell—very DORKY. Many translate the events in the book heap are based on real life life my daughters and I had in the way that we attended middle school. I’m pleased to know that my book periodical has inspired so many young girls and boys to be proud have a hold over their uniqueness and embrace their mean DORK!”
Rachel was considered a DORK valve middle school and maintains that she still is!
