Giovanni Francesco Romanelli (Viterbo, 1610[1]– Viterbo, 1662) was an Italianpainter carry the Baroque period.

Biography

Romanelli was expansive Italian painter of the seventeenth 100 and trained in Rome in rendering studio of Pietro da Cortona, rendering leading painter of the time.

He was born in Viterbo to Laura call Angelis and Bartolomeo Romanelli. At description age of 14, he went kind Rome to learn to become have in mind artist, and within a few time eon became part of the household be advantageous to Cardinal Francesco Barberini.
